The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the information system in XCR Svorada s.r.o. and a subsequent proposal for amendments. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background needed to understand the issue. Furthermore, the analysis of the company, its internal and external environment, the analysis of the information system used and in the last part of the proposal changes for improving, streamlining and simplifying the work with the information system.

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on assessment of the Regional Library of Vysočina‘s information system and proposals for the system changes. The organization is first analyzed. Based on these analyzes, changes are proposed. These should lead to improving work efficiency in the information system. The theoretical part explains the theory behind information systems and analysis used to develop this work. These findings were used to work out an analysis, which was the subject of the second part of thesis. In the last part of the thesis possible changes of the analyzed deficiencies are proposed in order to eliminate them.

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the company Ing. Jiří Povolný AUTOP from several levels. Based on the results of these analyzes, suggests a suitable solution to resolve the current state of the system. Suggested and recommended changes should simplify and speed up processes in the company, as well as ease communication with customers and raise employee awareness of the importance of the security of the information system.

The thesis topic is "Entrepreneurial Intention of Business Development". The main purpose of this work is to assess the current state of AUTOCZ, spol. s.r.o. and to make suggestions that will lead to development of the company. For this purpose a comprehensive analysis consisting of an analysis of company‘s external and internal environment has been performed. Overarching analysis is SWOT analysis, which represents possibility to the statement of measures that should improve competitive ability and further development of the company.

This diploma thesis serves to solve problems of the communication mix at Sushimarket.cz. In the theoretical part, will be introduced basic concepts of marketing, such as the definition of marketing, what is the communication mix, what is the marketing mix, or swot analysis are presented. In the analytical part, the theoretical background will be transferred to the practical part and important analyzes will be performed. With these analyzes we will find in the company a shortcoming that will then be solved in the last part by thesis the best and most efficient method.
